US artists in favor of anti-Jewish discrimination in real-estate

They are so noble - in favor of peace and ... bla-bla-bla. For some reason some 150 douche-bags butt in and voice anti-settlement opinions. Look, it's not that I support this or that - I just believe that these air-heads have no clue regarding what they opine on. To have some historic perspective, one must understand that Jews have always lived in Jerusalem and Jericho and Gaza and Hebron. It was the racist Arabs who drove Jews out in 1948, not the other way around. The so called support for peace these moonbats are voicing is in fact support for 'Juden-free' society. They think they support peace, they support racism and discrimination.

It is up to the people in Israel to decide on what to do with the land freed in a just defensive war. It is not stolen land, and if Israel does find a way to make peace, it is up to Israel to do what it feels is right.

US artists’ support for settlement boycott spreading fast
‘Those of us who care about Israel feel the settlements’ presence is a negation of peace,’ Theodor Bikel tells ‘Post.’

NEW YORK – Over 150 American artists, including actresses Julianne Moore and Cynthia Nixon, playwright Tony Kushner and writer Wallace Shawn, have signed a letter in support of Israeli actors who refuse to perform in the West Bank.

Backed by the San Francisco-based Jewish Voice for Peace, the letter states that the settlement in Ariel is “clearly illegal,” and that any performance in the West Bank city’s new cultural center would have the effect, intentional or otherwise, of legitimizing Israel’s claim to what they refer to as occupied territory.

It’s thrilling to think that these Israeli theatre artists have refused to allow their work to be used to normalize a cruel occupation which they know to be wrong, which violates international law and which is impeding the hope for a just and lasting peace for Israelis an [sic] Palestinians alike,” the letter reads.

“They’ve made a wonderful decision, and they deserve the respect of people everywhere who dream of justice. We stand with them.”

The letter’s signatories include actors Ed Asner and Mandy Patimkin, actress Vanessa Redgrave, playwright Eve Ensler and director Harold Prince.

The idea to write the letter came from Israeli artists, Jewish Voice for Peace director Rebecca Vilkomerson told The Jerusalem Post.

“They were getting a lot of heat from Benjamin Netanyahu on down for their stance, and really felt the need for some support, so they asked us for help,” Vilkomerson said.

Perhaps the saddest part regarding these clueless 'celebrities' - is that no-one really cares what they think, unless it is put on a front page of a daily paper and shoved in your face. At which point you say - who said what? Fuck'em, who - the fuck do they think they are? Who the frickety fuck are those self absorbed nobodies? Think Jews shouldn't live in Jerusalem? Want to guarantee peace only when Jews accept a promised land at the bottom of the sea? Go back to your pot pipe and shut the hell up dumb, ignorant no-bodies.
